Language Arts: We like that we learn a new thing every day. We also like that we can always read after the lesson. Our books are really good right now so that is another reason we love to read. We watch a lot of Brain Pop videos and we get active with it.
Social Studies: We like that we are learning about Ancient Egypt and their way of living. We are working on the game board project with mikayla and Jennifer. The big test is coming up and this is another way of studying for our test. Social Studies is fun and complicated.
Science: We both like that we got to go to the prairie and learn about it. We also enjoyed doing the prairie project Elly did the picture book and Charlene did the letter to another prairie animal. We really enjoy having science but we don’t like reading straight out of the book.
Math: We switch for math and Elly has Mrs. Fulfer and Charlene has Mr. Finn. We both enjoy math and what teacher we have. Math can be complicated but it can be fun too. Math for Elly is different than normal and hard but, she gets used to it. Math for Char is kind of easy and can get a little hard. But we still enjoy moving to a different class!
F\ce: F\ce is fun but if the class talks too much than it isn’t that fun. Char thinks she is horrible at sewing but she’s really not that bad. Elly thinks that too but isn’t that bad either.
Spelling: Spelling isn’t hard at all because it’s just stuff from last year. It’s so boring when we just work out of our workbook. We like the packets but we don’t like them as homework.
I am so glad that Elly and Char are in the same class. We love to work together and we love to know we are always a team.
