Highlights from 6th Grade By: Emma

L.A. in language arts I had a lot of fun stuff we learned about prefixes and other stuff. We made a claymation on a book we had I had wolf brother. Lastly in it we read a lot of books like I read at least 5 books and they were pretty good. Science, science is always been my favorite class and this year was the best science. We made this weird green slimy stuff called obleak. But some of my favorite projects where the volcanoes making posters about earthquakes and prairies and lastly going to the river and cleaning it up. Social studies, in socials we did all of the places like India, Italy, china, roam, and other stuff and my favorite was Italy because I have always wanted to go there and when I go there I will know stuff about it. Math, math is almost always boring no matter what grade. But what we did in math was learn how to solve long problems with letters and fractions. Also i learned how to divide and multiply fractions The best memory in the class was when I accidentally exploded a volcano with salt and soda who would of new it would explode. What would be recess.
